1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kb111", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to kb111.app and the entity operating it.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the kb111 platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account on kb111.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kb111.app, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the kb111 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the kb111 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. kb111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If it is determined that you are or were underage at the time of registration, kb111 will close the Account, void all transactions, and forfeit any balances.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on kb111. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. kb111 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate Accounts. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any funds therein may be forfeited.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action.

3.4 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of kb111 is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that online gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you. kb111 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and makes no representations directed at players in Prohibited Jurisdictions.

4. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kb111 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it periodically;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices;
• Notify kb111 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Banking

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kb111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment channels including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All Account balances are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits.

5.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. These limits are subject to change at kb111's discretion with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified account in your own name. kb111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements having been met in full.

5.4 Verification (KYC)

kb111 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit identity documentation including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any time kb111 deems appropriate. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5.5 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit made via fraudulent, unauthorised, or disputed payment methods will result in immediate Account suspension. kb111 reserves the right to recover funds obtained through fraudulent means and to report such conduct to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on kb111 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time each offer is made. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18+ only;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal request will be processed;

All bets placed and games played on kb111 are subject to the specific rules governing each product, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting market. General rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. kb111 is not obligated to reverse a bet placed in error by a Player;
• kb111 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error in odds or game settings has occurred;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, kb111 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Bets placed during a verified malfunction may be voided;
• Live betting odds and markets are subject to suspension and change at any time, including during in-play events such as PSL or ICC cricket fixtures;
• Game outcomes on all RNG-based products are determined by certified random number generator software. kb111 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kb111 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to law enforcement:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to provide an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in kb111 games or systems;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or match-fixing on any kb111 product;
• Laundering funds through the kb111 platform;
• Using the Account of another person or allowing a third party to use your Account;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with kb111 software or infrastructure.

9. Responsible Gaming

kb111 is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some players, and we provide the following tools within every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss per session, day, week, or month;

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and block re-registration.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kb111, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of kb111;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events;

Nothing in these Terms limits kb111's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination & Suspension

kb111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct;
• We are required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority;
• Your Account remains inactive for an extended period as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, kb111 may forfeit any Account balance in accordance with these Terms. Genuine PKR funds not subject to any outstanding dispute, Wagering Requirement, or breach condition will be returned to you via your registered payment method where legally and operationally possible.

13. Amendments

kb111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of kb111 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kb111's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with kb111 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree that any proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class or group action.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause restricts either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
